Invitango provides:

• Event details, such as honoree names, date, itinerary, photo gallery, and location.
• Guest management (available in Pro and Premium plans), including email confirmations and QR passes for event access.
• Tools to organize guests by list and table.

3. Usage restrictions

You are not allowed to use our platform to:

• Create offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Distribute viruses or any malicious software.
• Engage in activities that may harm the reputation or services of Invitango.

4. Intellectual property

All platform content, including pre-designed templates, logos, and designs, is owned by Invitango. Copying, distributing, or using this content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund policy

We offer refunds within the first 7 days after purchase, provided the event has not occurred within this period.

6. Use of third-party services

We collaborate with external services, such as Stripe, SendGrid, Google Wallet, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google Ads. By using Invitango, you also accept the policies of these platforms, available on their respective websites.

7. Use of personal data

We collect the minimum necessary data: name and email address, to provide our services. Invitango also uses cookies to improve your experience and personalize the content displayed.

8. Service duration

Users can access their account indefinitely, modify their invitation, and add guests until the day of the event. Invitations will remain visible for 7 days after the event, after which they will be deleted.

9. Communications

We reserve the right to send you emails with promotional information or updates about our platform. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the emails.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mexico.
