1. Create your Invitation

Choose one of our templates for your event and proceed with the purchase. You’ll need to create a free account

2. Initial Setup

We’ll ask for the basic details of your event, such as the names of the hosts, date, color scheme, dress code, etc.

3. Complete your payment

Complete your payment with a credit card or pay at OXXO. Once your payment is processed, your invitation will be ready in 5 minutes

4. Send your invitation

If your selected package allows it, add guests and start sharing your event’s digital invitation

Account

Yes, it’s necessary to sign up (it’s free) in order to create your invitations. This way, all the invitations you make will be available from your admin panel, where you can manage and edit them.

You can sign up for free here; all you need is to enter your email and a secure password.

If you prefer, you can quickly sign up using your Google or Facebook account.

Payment and refunds

We accept debit or credit cards from any bank. You can also pay in cash at OXXO, and if Apple Pay or Google Pay are enabled on your device, you can use them to make your payment as well.

Sure, as long as it’s within 7 days after your purchase and your event has not taken place during that time.

Invitations

Each invitation includes all the essential sections, regardless of the package you choose. This includes: up to 3 venues, up to 6 photos in the gallery, up to 8 events in the itinerary, dress code, countdown, and up to 3 gift tables.

All packages give you full access to all these sections!

The Basic, Pro, and Premium packages offer different benefits:

Basic

  • +15 colors for customization.
  • A unique link to share.
  • Unlimited editing and data correction.
  • Basic RSVP confirmation.

Pro: Includes everything from Basic, plus:

  • Private access with a unique code.
  • Guest and pass control with QR.
  • Email notifications.

Premium: Includes everything from Pro, plus:

  • Custom domain, e.g., www.mariayjose.com.
  • Allows guests to add their QR pass to their wallets (Apple and Google).

For the Basic and Pro packages, the link to your invitation will have the following format: www.invitango.com/festejados-año-mes-dia/id/

Only for our Premium package will you be able to have a more special link with the .com domain*, for example: www.mariayjose.com

Subject to the availability of the desired domain.

Once you complete the purchase process, your invitation will be available instantly as soon as your payment is confirmed.

When your invitation is ready, you will be able to share the unique link with your contacts via WhatsApp or any method you prefer.

Yes, our customization tools allow you to modify colors, texts, locations, itineraries, and more. The best part is that changes are reflected instantly!

Don't worry, whether it's a typo or if you've made a mistake with the location or name of a place, you can easily correct it from your admin panel.

Your invitation will be available until 7 days after your event date. After this time, it will no longer be accessible, but you will be able to view your purchase receipt in your purchase history.

Guest Management

Only in our Pro and Premium packages can you add guests and assign them a number of passes and a table number, allowing your guest to confirm or decline attendance and inform you of the number of passes they will need.

You will receive an email notification as soon as a guest accepts or declines your invitation, so you're always aware of the situation.

Additionally, from the admin panel, you can check the status of your guests: who has confirmed or declined attendance and who has yet to respond.

Each guest will have a unique QR code to access your event, which can be validated by authorized personnel only on the day of the event. QR codes will be available once a guest is added. This system is available only in our Pro and Premium plans.

All you need is a phone with a QR reader app, although most phones today can read QR codes directly from their native camera app.

Anyone with a phone where you've logged into your Invitango account can scan.

You can also authorize external individuals to scan your guests' QR codes through a unique authorization link that you can find in your admin panel. Once you authorize someone else, they will be able to scan QR codes for 24 hours.

The QR codes will only be activated on the day of the event. Additionally, you can define specific times for scanning them. If someone attempts to scan outside the day or time you set, an error will be displayed.

When scanning a QR code, the person granting access at the entrance must register how many people are entering. If the number is less than the total passes assigned, the QR can be scanned again to allow more guests to enter with the same QR (as in the case of a family arriving at different times). Once the maximum number of passes has been used, the QR will be disabled.

It is crucial that guests do not share their QR code with others, except with those who will also use it to enter the event.
